Bad Service with MWEB.

It is now past 3 weeks and my account is in credit with Mweb but my services terminated. This happened before too where my account is in fact in credit and they terminate my service. When I eventually came through to their accounts division on the previous occasion the accounts person did not know the difference between a debit and a credit. Even so it still took them 2 weeks to restore my services. Now I have once again the very same experience where I am getting a online bot that can resolve the issue. The Technical Department cant resolve the matter as you have to speak to accounts.
