Bad service, why don’t you have a email address for account queries? Why not answering phone?

I deposited money via Nedbank ATM yesterday, I communicated with them on QUERY option and attached prof of payment, They haven’t connected me yet to internet. I CALLED this morning no agent to pic up calls only robot that’s giving options. I WAITED ON CALL UNTIL MY AIRTIME FINISHED. WHY THEY DO NOT HAVE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR BILL CHECK?????? Why ? Wasting time, energy ,airtime ?
