Bad service very bad

Dear Mweb

You came and install fibre on the 18th of March. But is not working. You’ve been deducting money from my account and you want to deduct again end of March. Why am I paying for something I am not using. They must never try to deduct anything. Your service is very bad. I’ve been texting on Whatspp and calling but I get same answer, that they’re logging a ticket
