Bad service that i must pay for what i have not received.

I engaged their services with the expectation of receiving Wi-Fi, but instead, I began receiving invoices for payment despite not utilizing their service. I reached out to them several times, and they assured me that the issue would be resolved. However, the same problem recurred the following month, with continued statements and deductions from my account. Consequently, I blocked them from accessing my account, only to be referred to J.S. Pansegrouw Attorneys, who are now attempting to compel me to make a payment. I am left questioning what I am being charged for, as I have not received any services. This situation is both stressful and frustrating.
