Bad service, taking my money and not providing service.

I made payment via EFT but it's not showing on my account.

Our mweb services are cut but I am still being charged for services I don't have access to. And my Nord VPN has been cancelled for some reason aswll. I was told to pay 2300 whihc I did. But mweb accounts department have not picked up the payment.

I am also been charged for next month on my statement Aswell, but it's still February and all services have been cut and I have paid ? That's bad service.
