bad service, ****s

Mweb is really bad, they dont care about their customers, all the care about is the money whether you as a customer you are happy or not they dont care, they will do all this promotions and call you but once they get the sale they dont care about you. I opened an account with them in August its not even a month yet but already im having problems with them cause theyre double charing me for delivery, i opened an account with a guy called Samkelo which now that he got the sale he's nowhere to be found while he was even sending me whatsapp before the sale... i called their call centre a week after disputting the double charge for delivery which i spoke to Thobeka then Nyakallo who guaranteed me that the second delivery charge will be reversed to my surprise today im getting a text that my account is in arrears and will be suspended, i called again and i was holding for 45min only for my call to be dropped by Nicole when i asked to speak to the manager... im really frustrated at this point.... what a ****ty service
