Bad service provider

Mweb never take their clients serious, my SIM card was deactivated after 2 days I paid my outstanding amount. I have been calling and sent a query on the 29th July 2024 and my issue hasn't been resolved even after doing follow ups on their chats where their consultants will keep on transferring you back and forth.
