Bad service on hold for more than an hour.

As I am writing this review, I am on hold for 1-hour 21min 32second. I spoke to 3 consultants where I am just past on to the next one and the next one. So you can use your own sense of the service you are getting from the web. Really disappointed in this, and all I want is fiber
