Bad service no internet but paid for it

I have received terrible service from them the refusing to link my fibre to the new address and I have paid for fiber I can even use. Worse part the call centre did not want to updat my new address. I had to go login online to update my address, logged a ticket 🎟 MWB***6 it’s been 5 days no one I getting back to me. The service is so terrible that l they affecting my daily life and I can’t even work…. 😡
