Bad service. No escalation process available to customers.

Pathetic service. My line was disconnected and no reason was given to me why. My account was debited as normal. I had to pay a reconnection fee and after all of this I still have not been reconnected. Usual story from call centre agents is it takes 24-48 hours. I just asked them to leave it as it is. I will get another service provider.
