Bad service Mweb/Zoom fibre

I app**** for fibre on 24July 2024 and the router was delivered at my house on 01 August 2024 by courier company. No update as to when the installation will be done. I phoned the call center and send emails, even today I'm still waiting for installation and activation. They come up with an excuse saying that can't get hold of me on my phone and requested an alternative number which I gave. I'm still waiting for their call even now. Zoom fibre also failed to assist.
