Bad Service MWeb Talk

I have trying for a week now to install MWeb Talk on my Android Tablet. Can't get it to work even though it says it is supported on their website. Yesterday I called the Help Desk and after I was on hold for a very long time I had to deal with a very unfriendly person who was not very helpful. Told me they only help with supported devices and apps. My device is listed on their website and I am using the MWeb Talk App on Google Store which the Mweb Website suggest. I tried again this morning to get it to work without success. I called and after I was on hold, again for a very long time, the agent could not hear me for some reason. I am not wasting another 30 minutes just to try and get hold of an agent. Why do they offer VOIP Service if they can't support it?
