Bad service Mweb

I have a mweb email account since about 2000. For the last 3 weeks I cannot access my emails. I acan access my account details by as soon as I access my email I am getting a server error. Their help line does not answer they have not rep**** to me on Instagram of Facebook where I lodged a query. I am paying R145.00 per month and have no access to my e-mails. In these trying times this is my only mode of communication and I need my e-mails to work. Very poor service. no help at all.
