Why do I need to pay R1000 a month for my fiber line for a 200M Upload and 200M Download speed but I do net even get 20M using the tools provided by MWEB and if you call them you hold on for hours with out any answers not even an escalation email address on their site they bill you and you don't get any joy from them.
