Bad Service MWEB AND RAIN.

I joined MWEB LTE-A system and received the Modem and Sim Card on the 5th January 2018. On the 8th January the system went down. On the 10th January it was found that the Sim Card was only for 20GB and not 1700 as purchased. It is now after a lot of phone calls still not corrected. It is noe seven weeks (26th February 2018. PS RAIN is the host.
