Bad Service - MWEB

I transferred from my old cell phone to a new one and setting up Outlook and need to know the server address of Mweb. It asks the question: What is your server - example: server.domain.com Please advise as I sat on the phone for 25 mins and then my airtime ran out. This is really bad service from MWEB and they do not give an email address.
