Bad service MWEB

I have been trying phoning , logging queries etc with MWEB to have my email account looked at since I am unable to get into my account for 3 days. I received a message this morning that apparently this issue has been resolved by the call centre, who I have up to now not been able to get through to. I need help and I need it ASAP! Ref No: MWB***1
