Bad service, inconsiderate behavior

The service offered by Mweb is extremely unsatisfactory poor. The response time when you call is pathetic. I held for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes and I still could not speak to a representative.

As if that is not enough the premiums increase without prior communication.
