Bad service I just want my refund or my internet connection be reconnected

I made a direct bank deposit to pay for my internet service with Mweb. My internet connection is suspended I called to enquire they Mweb sent me an sms with an email address so that I send them proof of payment. I did send proof of payment on the 23 February 2023, even today my internet is suspended and I have not gotten my refund till today. When I call again today their call center made me wait until my call was cut off.
