Bad service from Mweb/vumatel

Worst service from Mweb my Fibre is off already 4days phoned and emailed them numerous time lodged it on the app etc no one comming out to resolve the issue firstly the **** to me saying the area have a problem they are busy fixing it one off my family members stays behind me they have the same package etc router as me no issues when I told them that the lie suddenly change they will send someone out we are still waiting why do I pay but don't get service
