BAD SERVICE FROM MWEB TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I have been trying to get hold of Technical Support for three Days - held on for 120 minutes - yes 2 hours - then as i was number one in queue - CALL DROPPED - This repeated again the next day - The third day i gave up after 1 hour - Today i am trying their Chatbot - holding on for nearly an hour already - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
