Bad service from MWEB - stay away!

I would like to urge potential customers to stay far away from Mweb. They offer very bad service, but are quick to deduct money from your account. I installed fibre with mweb and was disconnected. It has taken a month to get re-activated, never mind that my account is up to date. They do not pick up phone calls. They never respond to emails. If ever you get through the call center the consultants have no clue on how to assist. Worst service provider this----stay away!!
