Bad Service from Mweb - oops sorry... NO service from Mweb

My Telkom landline was suddenly discontinued at the beginning of November and I was told that since I already have fibre, my best option would be to apply to MWeb for their voip service - which I duly did on 13th November 2023. I was told the switch to retain my existing landline number would take 3 weeks. As I haven't received a single update from Mweb, I accessed their website today to trace the progress and I saw that all the activities to switch me to voip have "Not yet started". This appalling service from Mweb seems to be even worse than that of Telkom. Please Mweb, please get this order completed asap...
