Bad service from Mweb internet services.

I called the Mweb to change my cellphone number for OTP, a lady by the name of Norma was very rude to me. Firstly, she wouldn’t transfer me to her supervisor.

Here is the thing, apparently, according to their process I need to fill out the form to change the cellphone number. This form can only be filled out only by printing it, filling it out, scan and send it back to the Mweb again. I keep explaining that I do not have means to do that. But she continues to be rude. Can someone please share the best network provider who will at least offer some paperless services as we are also trying to go green? I am truly disappointed I must say, she is even laughing at a customer! Wow! Mweb I really expected better service from you.
