Bad service from Mweb. Do not take up their services

If you need fiber, please do not go to mweb, world's worse service. Nobody knows what going on there, 11 days into the contract our wifi is off, we are told me must wait 10 - 13 working days for a technician. Worse we are being billed for 100mbs and in the 10 days before it went off we only got 20mbs. They don't care that their stuff ups impact us as we now work from home. Don't expect anyone to call you back with feedback, you are on your own.
