Bad service from Mweb

Kirwyn Martin from Mweb has been dragging his feet for over a month now. Useless is not a word that can be used here.! He refuses to include his supervisor in our emails. Sent a router via courier with no instructions or waybill number which resulted in a lot of miscommunication and unnecessary costs. He then gave the wrong B number for activation, so the list goes on ! Our internet is still not activated after 35 days now. Its appalling. I hope and pray whoever tries to sign up through Mweb doesnt get him as a service agent. I moved over from Rain as I though they were bad but Mwebs Kirwyn takes the cake.
