Bad service from mweb

February this year I took a contract with mweb to provide my business with internet, I've been calling them asking where is my product going to be delivered because they don't fail to take their monthly bill while they haven't provided me with my router. I've been calling them, sending messages to them without any luck of getting my router and sim card. Right now I don't even know what to do with them since they do take their money without providing their service to me.
