Bad service from mweb.

I received and sms that my line will be suspended and and my account is in arrears. I was very surprised because mweb debits my account every month.. Apparently after my debit order when through theis system to collent the monsy from My account my monthly fee went up by R16. 96. I phoned immediately to resolve this and the lady denied me to talk to a supervisor and could not give me any answers. I was not sent any messages of email to tell me how much my monthly fee is.. Extremely bad customer service.. I would advise not to use mweb.
