Bad service from Mweb

I have experienced terrible service from Mweb. I cannot seem to get them to incept internet cover (fiber) to my property despite providing them with all requested documents and information numerous times. I am sitting without internet Each time I call, I am told the matter has been escalated but never receive feedback and no progress has been experienced. If they are so poor about new business, I shudder to think how they manage existing clients.
