Bad Service from Mweb

I am very unsatisfied with the service of Mweb. I Placed an order in November 2022. After numerous attempts trying to phone them to follow up on my order, because the app is not updating and they won’t phone you back You will wait a proper 15 min before someone awnsers. My router got delivered the 6 of January 2023. Today is the 20th of January 2023 and my line is still not active. Everytime you speak to someone different when phoning mweb. They don’t know what is happening with my order. Please help me Hello Peter.
