Bad service from MWEB

Non delivery of service requested Dec 2020, then wrong assumption that octotel was the infrastruture on which i had to find out from neighbors that frogfoot was the infrastructure. Still waiting for installation. Worst service ever experienced: not picking up of phones ,holding half a hour or longer per call from a cellphone at a time, wrong information given; sending me a pin , password which up till now never happens.
