Bad service from Mweb

Mweb has been unable to resolve my issue with error "Connected - no internet access". It is absolutely difficult to get through to their technical support team. I have had Telkom inspect my ADSL line and the line is fine. The issue is with Mweb. All I want is a stable connection. When you do get through to their 087 number the wait is long costing you a lot.
