Bad service from Mweb

We waited over 3 weeks for Fibre installation. Only to find it now takes 3 to 7 days for a router to be delivered. Have tried to contact numerous people. Including leaving a message for a manager to escalate. You hold for up to half an hour each time you call. The sales consultant just ignores the mails you send. We left Telkom for Mweb. What a mistake. This is the service New costumers are offered by Mweb.
