Bad service from Mweb
Ordered a fiber line 2 weeks ago. Promised to be installed in roughly a week. When I try and track the order it does not exist. Tried to contact Mweb but I just get put through to the next person who then puts me through to the next and so it goes on, and then you eventually get cut off. What a disgrace of a company.

31 Dec 2018, 07:40I have now been waiting almost 4 weeks for a fibre line. They said it would take about a week. Paid a deposit of R1000.00. Maybe I should lay a charge of theft against Mweb
