Bad service from Mweb

I come home to wifi that is not working. i have to hang on for 30 mins to speak to a consultant and its still not resolved. my mweb is paid in full and not problem. but yet i have to now wait until they can find the time to look into why my wifi is not working. Mweb is honestly the worst provider for wifi in SA

So its been a few hours still not fixed nor any feedback. i should pay all the money for something i do not have how fair is that. wow Mweb great service
