Bad Service

Their online query system does not work and they just shrug you off. I had upgraded to a 2Mbps line and it was pretty darn slow. Then when I query why my line speed is slow they say that it wasn't transferred over to the higher line (this after I had done it over 3 month prior). After this they said it would be corrected and then I had no internet at all. Was in contact with them for over a week, on their query line, to no prevail. So i phone the service line and they sort me out. But then on the query portal they say that they have seen me get in contact with them and that's that, like it was my fault for not doing it in the first place.

So in the long and the short of it. They lie, they are useless and they wont even properly apologize for the **** service.
