Bad Service

Worst ISP when it comes to client service. If an advisor doesn’t want to help you they simply say that someone will call you back. This never happens. Client service makes promises and never keeps it. Stay away. Holding times in the phone is extremely slow. After cancelling I phone Afrihost. The client service from Afrihost was amazing.
