Bad service

I have been calling Mweb call centre for assistant i hold for close 20mins no one answers the call i leave my number to call No one has called me i just join Mweb but i m thinking of cancelling my account with them if this is the kind of service i get i was advise to go with Afrihost this whole week still no call still no router delivered
