Bad service

I have been with mweb for the past few years. We have had smooth sailing till the 25th September. Since then we have had 5 outages lasting 2 days each.

The Infrastructure belongs to openserve and it seems as though they don't know what they are doing. Mweb doesn't provide feedback and you constantly have to call them. Their response time is long.
