Mweb is the worst when it comes to servicing their customers, 1. You'll wait 20 minutes minimum just to reach a consultant 2. Their online chart doesn't serve any purpose, it keeps you waiting with no consultant. 3. They never do any follow-up on the texts they get from the app. 4. Consultants will never apologize for your waiting time and never bother to listen to your complain.
