Bad Service

I placed an order on Friday as I was downgrading my Wİ-Fİ package I was informed that I would be sent a link to make payment within an hour I am yet to receive it today I have spent the entire morning waiting to be transferred to the follow up team I hold on the line they answer and no one says anything they just drop the line I’ve spent close to R300 in airtime calling these people their service is appalling and no one is apologetic about it!!!!!!
