Bad Service ever ,Lies after Lies will never recommend

The service is very bad and poor ,I have informed them of my wifi that has stopped working on the 29th of August 2024 they said they will log a call with technicians they will be incontact with me within 6 working days yo fix the wifi and no-one came ,no call made everyday I keep on calling them its lies after lies without aby help whats worse they took the monthly payment for something that does not work and today I'm still busy calling them,the tech service team is bad they dropped the line on me while I was still telling them about my problem and wanting this resolve ASAP,Vuma on the otherwise which is the company I have a wifi at through Mweb they have advise me there was a shooting of their tech team and they have withdraw service in working in Khayelitsha and they are not going to come at all so I'm stuck now with no wifi,my money is with mweb with no way forward,their tech team dropped a line on me while still talking.
