Bad service

I am not happy with your service. I have been using your services for 2 months only to find out that you don't even have me on your system and this month you didn't debit my account and you canceled my service when i call for assistance you make me hold for 30 minutes and still you cant help me asking that i have to place another order in order to be assisted. I tried placing an order and had . Challenge with address when i call for assistance you still cannot help me... Very poor service you guys don't know what you doing reply. How is it possible that I've been using your router for 2 months but still not linked to my my account. And its difficult for you to help me make a payment so i can reactivate my account. Ive sent emails no response when i call you still not helping.
