BAD SERVICE

You cannot get a response from Mweb. All I want to do is send a proof of payment for a payment we made on the 22nd October 2024 - the chat GPT on the app is not working, no whatsapp, no twitter, no FB responses. You phone and you are kept on hold for forever and your airtime runs out. There is no e-mail address, zilch! Everyone hiding behind AI. Totally zero after sales service. This is the worst customer service on the planet!
