Bad Service

I have been battling to get my fiber on since the 1 December. The consultants are not very helpful and they do not work over weekends. I've spent a fortune on calls but to no avail. They cannot fix my problem. I have canceled Rain due to bad service but I am sitting with the same problem. Just a call from them would be so helpful.
