Bad service

I have recently complained about how the service has been poor on Vumatels side Mweb has the worst these two companies has caused me heartache in the past few weeks had i known of such poor service i would not have joined them the agents call me firstly they adress the call as we looking for Phakamisa wow where are the agent says hello to me i ask myself where are we is this a shebeen or what firstly when you call a customer greet them properly and introduce yourself and ask can you kindly speak to whom ever you are calling and then ask them is it a convenient time to speak to them those are basic things you don't get to call someone you don't know by hello as if they your friend ontop of that they ask to conference a call with a Vumatel agent i agree they hang and never call me back again what is that called?
