Bad service

Mweb is by far the weirdest internet I have ever experienced..my mom signed up with them recently Yvonne Jantjies..they have installed Thursday the fiber ..Friday brought the router it's Sunday my mom is still not connected to the internet.. instead they have already send her pro-rata billing..secondly how is she supposed to set her router up how..I can't even do it thirdly she has spent over R150 to call them and still the internet is off..guys mweb is not worth it..I just need her to cancel..if u people see this there is no way..u people is not it
