Bad service

I had over 3700 repeat emails downloaded from my server on MWEB yesterday. I spent over an hour on the phone to trying to get some technical assistance, but still never managed to get through. For over half an hour I was being told the system that I was first in the queue, to no avail. I even tried their online assist, no response. I still do not have clue why this happened. Irrespective of how busy a service provider is, the service should never be this bad. Unacceptable.
