Bad Service delivery

My mother, recently widowed and now living alone placed an order with Mweb for a fibre line on 08/06/2023. She was promised that the line would be installed within 14 days as they said the infrastructure was all in place. It was made very clear to Rory the sales assistant that the line needed to be installed by latest the end of June as her existing Telkom line would be then be disconnected. We are no 5 days into June and when tracking her installation we now see its been moved yet again to the 17th June. This is completely unacceptable as my mother is an elderly lady living alone with now, no fibre connection. Shocking service!
