Bad service delivery

I recently signed up for fibre in my area with mweb with server Zoom, for 100mbs upload and download speed. But now the zoom team was at my place yesterday to install and acticate the router said once the light has turned grenn ill have internet access but i still dont have anything since yesterday. When i try call it keeps on just ringing and when i log in on the app or the website it keeps on crashing i cant even logg a querie eother so this tells me Zoom is willing to help but MWEB cant so i am going to cancel now and have zoom takw over my whole internet line
